2012 Florida Krimes Against Kids Conference

This annual event (formerly known as the Annual Multidisciplinary Conference on Child Abuse) has become a favorite for many professionals around the country, including law enforcement personnel, child protective service personnel, attorneys, therapists, counselors, and social workers. We are anticipating having approximately 250 participants at the 2012 conference.
With more than 25 speakers and workshops, next year’s conference promises to provide something for everyone.
The combination of high quality training, tremendous networking opportunities and the excitement of Orlando and the Walt Disney World® Resort promises and experience that will challenge and inspire everyone who attends the conference. Our faculty includes presenters who are recognized for their passion and expertise.
The 2012 Conference will, once again, "Go Green." Participants will receive a CD with all handouts submitted by workshop presenters when they register at the Conference. Attendees will also be able to access all session handouts submitted by workshop presenters on this website in advance and after the program.
We are very excited to announce that the Conference will be held next year at Disney's BoardWalk Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The room rate is $129.00 per room. There is no charge for parking and there is no resort fee. The deadline to obtain this rate is July 10, 2012. You can make your reservation at Disney's BoardWalk Resort by calling (407) 934-3372. When you call the hotel to reserve your room, please make sure that you mention the conference to receive our discounted room rate.
